TPC’s Revenue Cycle Team Increases Member Net Revenue


Independent, community based, healthcare systems are at a tipping point. How Members Utilize TPC

Our Member hospitals use TPC as a platform for networking, collaboration, and benchmarking as if a part of a larger virtual system. Members exchange valuable knowledge, KPIs, and share and evaluate best practices – together, they identify and achieve process improvement opportunities. It’s through this Member engagement that TPC develops programs and strategic partnerships to assist our hospitals in implementing and achieving performance improvement that yields net revenue enhancement.

TPC’s Revenue Cycle Council (RCC) features revenue cycle leaders and executives from each Member organization. Utilizing TPC’s comparative analytic platform, our Members provide real time revenue cycle data which TPC aggregates and analyzes to benchmark against peers and national HFMA benchmarks. TPC subject matter experts and Members are then able to discover areas of opportunity and develop data-driven recommendations on how to optimize their revenue cycle processes.

Vendor Management

TPC subject matter experts and our strategic partners manage a portfolio of preferred vendors that can provide Members support across a wide range of opportunities, and through group purchasing TPC is able to provide reduced cost and greater implementation support. Operations

Through collaboration and sharing best practices, the TPC Revenue Cycle Council serves as a sounding board for operational concerns and provides real world examples for process improvement.
