Director, Clinical Services - Perioperative

To provide leadership and overall direction to the Perioperative Supply Chain program by using strategic relationships with Perioperative Clinical Value Analysis Team (CVAT) members, clinicians and healthcare leaders to drive cost-savings and achieve quality outcomes.  This position will develop strategies to produce efficiencies and financial value for the membership while maintaining oversight for and coordination with consultants on clinical initiatives.

Director, Sourcing

The Director, Sourcing is a corporate-based role to develop strategies for new contracting areas external of traditional supply chain contracting. The Director will manage a contract portfolio of services to encompass one or two of the following areas: support services, facility services, human resource services, information technology, clinical services and ancillary services. The position requires a strategic mind-set, entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen to apply business cases in working across disciplines within hospitals to make collective decisions.

Manager, Sourcing Distribution

This position is responsible for the vendor management, coordination and development, and negotiations for distribution agreements.  To be an effective part of the team; must be a self-sufficient person with strong relationship skills who can interpret Member needs, think strategically, be able to effectively manage the performance of TPC contracted distributors. This role translates to key objectives, for increase Member participation resulting in greater value to Members.
